REVIEW SERVICE AGREEMENT
Individual Returns
For the fees quoted on this site, a licensed Certified Public Accountant or a
licensed Enrolled Agent on our staff will review your return for accuracy and
consistency. (See
Limitations Below) We will read your return to see if your entries
appear to be on the correct form and line. We will help you avoid most common
mistakes that lead to accuracy penalties. We will also test your return to be
sure you have followed the IRS rules consistently. The results of this process
will be a report that details our findings and any questionable areas we have
identified. We will issue the report by e-mail, fax, or postal mail, at your
direction. Business Returns
In addition to the services included in the Individual Return service above,
we will review your schedule C, D, E, F or other forms. The Schedule C is the
most audited tax form due to errors made by taxpayers who file their returns
incorrectly. We will review your Schedule(s) for reasonableness and indicate any
items that the IRS may question and supporting documentation you must have to
substantiate your deductions. If you furnish asset information, we will Re-compute
your depreciation schedule to verify the accuracy of your deductions. Limitations
We will base our review solely on the entries you have made to the return and
will not review any source documents upon which you have based your work.
Accordingly, we can discover and correct a limited number of errors you might
make, but not all. This review will be limited in scope and we cannot warrant
that your return will be free of mistakes, nor that you will be free of
penalties or interest charges for any reason. Should you require a higher level
of service, we suggest that we prepare your return from the source documents for
the most accurate service. Exclusions
We regret that we are unable to provide these services for any return that
qualifies for the Earned Income Credit due to the complexities of the
requirements for that credit and the procedures the IRS uses to detect fraud. |
