THE US TREASURY is holding ALL the Records I maintained for you!Thank you for being my client and I am very sorry that you have to deal with the US Treasury to get your files and records. They "believed" my accounting practice was a cover-up to some sort of "doing business with Liberia" and they decided to seize my assets and take my constitutional rights to do business, talk to people, get employment, petition the court, or do anything unless "they" issue me a license to do so. I did not know where is Liberia, nor did business with Liberia or I cared to do so. As you knew me for years, I am a CPA with real clients and real accounting work, not just a cover-up to bust sanctions against a country I did not know exists. Nonetheless, after receiving more than 350 calls from clients, to whom they promised a returned call or appointment to provide files, the bright employees of the U.S. Treasury realized that they did not know how to handle it or what to do, so they did not return people's calls or files; however, they still stand by their story as to the "fake accounting office" because as you may already know "they cannot be wrong." The US Treasury was informed that I want to help giving the clients their records to alleviate this painful process, and that I am willing to do so without "saying a word" to anyone (because under their rules I am prohibited from doing so without a specific license). They did not care, and they are still prohibiting me from even coming close to my used-to-be office. It is unfortunate that I cannot do much about it. Nonetheless, here are the numbers you need to call to get these people to act and hand you your records: The General office telephone is: (202) 622-2430 and the fax is (202) 622-1657 the name of the in-charge of this case is Daryl Johnston, and they change the person in-charge about daily to avoid responsibility. The head of the Department is Robert Werner, some always-hidden creature who is so important to talk to normal people, and his assistant is Robert Mc Brian (202) 622-2420. This Mc Brian lied to me every time I spoke to him so beware of his false promises and keep in mind that all of these people belong to US Treasury - OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) which is located in Washington, and they are in a class of "untouchable" attitude about 1000% worse than your everyday IRS agent. I need your helpSeveral friends, clients, and even people I do not know have called the Governor of great State of Texas, their House Representatives in the State, and their Senators and Congressmen in the Capital and petitioned them to look into this case after they realized that the Treasury just made-up this case based on Fictitious Hollywood movie scripts to which I referred in my web site www.chichakli.com Copies of the Treasury's unsupported internet evidence are posted on web site along with my answers to what they claimed is supported with real and undisputable evidence I provided. All I am asking is to TRY THIS CASE IN A COURT OF LAW, if I am guilty of any wrongdoing hang me, if not--it is time for the US Treasury to pay the price as they usually tell people. People are innocent until proven guilty under the United States Constitution. I ask you to do the same to help pressure the Treasury, whom are now working to find an exit out of the disaster they have created.
