Accounting Services (Compilation)

The accounting service is intended to provide small entrepreneurs and businesses with bookkeeping support (compilation) without the need to hire their own accounting staff or maintain an accounting department.

How does it work?

The service is rendered on monthly basis for both processing and reporting purposes. Upon the completion of the accounting month, we ask that the documents related to that month be delivered or mailed to our office for processing .

What documents do we ask for?

We ask for document related to the business revenues and expenses.

  • Revenue related documents: include items such as sales invoices for goods or service, cash receipts, credit cards sales reports, etc.

  • Expense related documents: include items such as monthly bills, invoices for purchases made, salaries and wages paid, etc.

  • Bank statements, deposit slips, and cancelled checks.

What we do?

Using our competent professional staff and computerized accounting systems we process and maintain the clients’ accounting records, process payroll, and reconcile the bank statement(s).  In addition to the compilation report, we are also capable of providing the clients with secured, on-line access to their accounting, payroll, and tax records.

In detail, our standard monthly accounting service includes:

  • Compute and record net revenue and changes in accounts receivable for the accounting period

  • Record changes in current and non-current assets

  • Compute depreciation, amortization, depletion and record changes to these accounts for the accounting period and year-to-date

  • Compute total expenses for the period and record changes to the accounts payable

  • Record changes in current and long-term liabilities

  • Compute and record changes in capital and equity accounts

  • Reconcile bank statements

  • Issue trial balance

The entire function is performed at our premises and supervised by a CPA to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Client’s Benefits:

The service is designed to provide the client with unparalleled access to resources and professional expertise that otherwise may not be feasible or economical to obtain on an exclusive basis.  The value-packed service offers an exceptional advantage for starting and small business by completely eliminating the costs associated with the accounting function such as:

  • Hiring accounting staff

  • Leasing the space needed to accommodate employees and records

  • Employee benefits, payroll and unemployment taxes

  • Purchase and update accounting software and computer equipment

  • Allocating time to manage the accounting function

In addition to the elimination of the above referenced costs, our service will continuously provide well- maintained accounting and financial records that:

·         Can easily provide support needed for capital acquisition

·         Substantially eliminate the risk of making costly accounting mistakes

·         Improve customer relations and improve the quality of services

·         Provide solid basis for computing and reporting taxes

·         Manifest the high level of professionalism and efficiency of a large business.
